When I was suddenly faced with a new account of nearly 3000 W2 employees that wanted Aflac but could not provide a payroll deduction, it was with great relief that I found PIOPAC! Making deductions by checking account, debit card and credit card is certainly a challenge – but your team at PIOPAC has definitely done a stellar job. With all the changes that occur with card expirations, accounts being hacked and NSFs – I’ve been very pleased with the efforts of each person at PIOPAC that I’ve encountered to keep policies active! Customer Service is Exceptional!
We have used PIOPAC Fidelity to support with billing in a number of instances including bank auto drafts, credit card drafts, and split deposits. What I have found is that the billing service they provide has helped many individuals with the opportunity to obtain benefits! Most importantly their customer service is exceptional! Their response time to questions from myself and our clients is practically immediate. I also appreciate how they initiate follow ups direct to the consumer to ensure those individuals maintain their benefits when a draft is missed
