Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are great ways to make the most out of your employees’ paycheck. The money they earn goes straight to their FSA or HRA before Uncle Sam has a chance to take his share, putting more of the money into their “take home” pay.

To make it easy to access their FSA or HRA elections, employees should sign up for a WEX Health Card, which puts their FSA or HRA funds straight into a debit card format they can use for approved plan expenses.
