PIOPAC Fidelity Premium Payment Notifications
Pioneer Pacific Consultants, Inc. dba PIOPAC Fidelity may send SMS/text message communications to individuals who have provided a mobile phone number and consented to receive text messages regarding premium payment activity. These messages are transactional/account-servicing communications and may include first draft reminders, failed premium payment notices, dishonored draft notices, returned ACH draft notices, declined credit/debit card notices, payment-related reminders, administrative account notices, and other communications related to premium payment processing.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Pioneer Pacific Consultants, Inc. dba PIOPAC Fidelity, you agree to receive automated SMS/text messages from PIOPAC Fidelity regarding premium payment notifications and related account-servicing notices. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or any other goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your premium payment schedule, account activity, failed or returned payment activity, and other account-related events. You may receive recurring messages when payment reminders, failed premium notices, dishonored draft notices, or other premium payment notifications are applicable.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be imposed by your mobile carrier depending on your mobile phone plan. PIOPAC Fidelity is not responsible for any messaging or data charges assessed by your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from PIOPAC Fidelity at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also revoke consent by using any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your desire not to receive further SMS/text messages from PIOPAC Fidelity, including words such as “stop,” “quit,” “end,” “revoke,” “opt out,” “cancel,” or “unsubscribe.”
After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. PIOPAC Fidelity will process opt-out requests promptly and in accordance with applicable law. After your opt-out is processed, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from PIOPAC Fidelity unless you provide renewed consent.
Opting out of SMS/text messages does not cancel your premium payment obligations, insurance policy obligations, draft authorization, or any other payment responsibilities. If you opt out of SMS/text messages, PIOPAC Fidelity, the insurer, or other authorized parties may continue to contact you through other permitted methods, including mail, email, or telephone, as applicable.

Consent to Receive SMS/Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to PIOPAC Fidelity, signing or submitting an authorization form, enrolling in premium payment services, selecting an SMS consent checkbox, or otherwise consenting to receive SMS/text messages, you authorize Pioneer Pacific Consultants, Inc. dba PIOPAC Fidelity to send automated SMS/text message communications to the mobile number provided.
These communications may include notices related to premium payment drafts, failed or dishonored payments, upcoming first drafts, returned ACH drafts, declined credit/debit card withdrawals, administrative fees, service charges, and other premium payment account-servicing notices.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided or that you have authority to provide consent for that number. You agree to promptly notify PIOPAC Fidelity if your mobile number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer in service.
Premium Payment Authorization Terms
I hereby request Pioneer Pacific Consultants, Inc. dba PIOPAC Fidelity to draft my credit card or bank account in the amount shown in my authorization and to receive notices of premiums due on policies for which I have made application. This authorization shall remain in effect until written notice is provided by me to PIOPAC Fidelity to discontinue it.
Should my employment or membership terminate, premium notices should be sent directly from the insurer to my address appearing on the insurer’s records in accordance with the insurer’s policies for direct billing.
In consideration of the honoring of my request, I understand and agree to the following conditions:
- Drafts shall be made as scheduled.
- Drafts will include a per-cycle administrative fee.
- If any charge is not honored on presentation and if any premium is not paid, the policy or policies may lapse in accordance with their terms.
- There is a $35 service charge assessed on all returned ACH drafts and disputes, or a $15 service charge for declined credit/debit card monthly withdrawals on my draft account.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- PIOPAC Fidelity may automatically revoke this authorization if any charges are not paid on presentation.
- This authorization shall not be construed as a modification of any provisions of the policy or policies.
- The insurer, the premium payor, or the bank may cease authorization by giving 10 days’ written notice to PIOPAC Fidelity.
- If the authorization is revoked, premiums falling due thereafter may be payable directly to the insurer.
- In the event of a dishonored draft, I authorize Pioneer Pacific Consultants, Inc. dba PIOPAC Fidelity to contact me by email, text message, telephone, or any combination of these methods.
- PIOPAC Fidelity may send SMS/text message communications if a mobile number has been provided and consent has been given to notify me of failed premium payments, dishonored drafts, returned payment activity, and first draft reminders.
I hereby authorize PIOPAC Fidelity to initiate debit entries electronically to my account indicated in my authorization, and I authorize the depository institution named in my authorization to debit such account. These authorizations remain effective and in full force until PIOPAC Fidelity has received written notification from me of termination in such time and manner as to afford PIOPAC Fidelity and the depository institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
Privacy
PIOPAC Fidelity will use your mobile phone number and contact information to provide premium payment-related communications and account-servicing notices. PIOPAC Fidelity does not sell mobile opt-in information, SMS consent information, or SMS participation data to third parties.
SMS consent is used only for the purpose of sending premium payment-related account-servicing messages and related administrative communications, unless you separately consent to receive other types of communications.
Changes to SMS Terms
PIOPAC Fidelity may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted or otherwise made available. Continued participation in the SMS program after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
